Hosted by Bailiwick Legal

Phil Brunner from Bailiwick Legal is our guest speaker for the evening. Phil's passion for the agribusiness sector started over 20 years ago when he took over the role of in-house counsel at WAFarmers, a relationship that he still holds to this day. He is also involved with the WA Shearing Industry Association, Safe Farms WA and previously with WANTFA.

Some of the common issues that he deals with within agribusiness include:

  • lease and licence arrangements
  • access and compensation agreements (mining and Oil and Gas)
  • employment matters (contract and workers’ compensation advice etc)
  • estate matters (business succession and disputes over estates etc)
  • contracts (machinery, milk, herd, business sale etc)
Bailiwick Legal have regional hot desks across the state and specialise in Agribusiness and Tourism as well as a plethora of other regional business issues.

If you have questions on anything legal and want to know the answer, then come along and ask away. Food and drink are provided. You just need to register your attendance.
